Everything was perfect and lots to do. The staff were amazing friendly, nothing to complain about. Had central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card in my premium room. It was neat, with a spotless bathroom. This hotel was fabulous and I would return there.

Generally everything was perfect. The location was excellent and amazing, and we could reach Liverpool One Shopping Complex by walking. Moreover, it was near to the Liverpool Central Station, three Irish bars with live bands playing until 2am or later and all the bars. The staff was excellent from arrival until we left.

The premium room is newly decorated with good shower, a hair dryer and comfortable beds. The price is £ 141. Best and amicable staff as one would expect. The location is excellent and incredible, walking distance to a railway station. Plenty of restaurants and bars you can select.

It has favourable and fantastic location a short walk to Liverpool One Shopping Complex. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located so close to everything rooms were lovely. All the staff is superfriendly and pretty friendly and is engaged to make your stay really comfortable.
